1. How can I book a tour?
You can reserve your spot directly on our website. Just choose your desired tour, pick a date and time, and complete the payment to confirm your booking.

2. What does the tour price cover?
Inclusions vary depending on the tour. Some may include transportation or meals, while others may not. Please refer to the details of each tour for exact information.

3. Can tours be customized?
Absolutely! We offer private tours that can be tailored to your preferences. Reach out to us to discuss customization options.

4. What if it rains?
Tours run rain or shine. In the case of extreme weather making the tour unsafe, we will provide options to reschedule or issue a refund according to our cancellation policy.

5. Is it possible to reschedule?
Yes, you can request a new date. Please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour, and note that it depends on availability.

6. Should I tip my guide?
Tipping is optional in Japan. If your guide has provided excellent service, a tip is appreciated but not required.

7. What should I bring?
We recommend comfortable walking shoes, appropriate clothing for the weather, and a camera. Some tours may require specific items; please check the tour details.

8. Do you cater to dietary restrictions?
Yes. If meals are included, we can accommodate dietary requirements if notified in advance.

Refund Policy

 

1. Cancellations by Customers:

  • Cancel at least 48 hours before the tour: full refund minus transaction fees.

  • Cancel less than 48 hours before the tour: no refund.

If a start time hasn’t been confirmed 48 hours before the tour, it will default to 10:00 AM on the scheduled date for cancellation purposes.

2. Cancellations by the Tour Company:
If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you may either reschedule or receive a full refund.

​

3. No-Shows:
Guests who do not arrive at the meeting point within 20 minutes of the scheduled start without notification will be considered no-shows and are not eligible for a refund.

4. Late Arrivals:
If you are running late, inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate, but no refund will be provided for missed tour time.

​

5. Changes to Bookings:
Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours prior and are subject to availability.

Code of Conduct & Prohibited Substances

 

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

  • Possession, use, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly forbidden. Violation may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund and potential contact with local authorities.

  • Guests must respect local laws, customs, and other participants. Disruptive, offensive, or illegal behavior may lead to removal without refund.

​

  • Alcohol is allowed only in designated areas and should be consumed responsibly. Guides may refuse participation to those excessively intoxicated.

​

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not liable for lost or confiscated items due to legal violations

​

By joining the tour, you agree to follow these rules. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of participation without refund.
